Aspects of Crypto Bridges

A crypto bridge (or bridge coin) is a protocol or mechanism that enables the transfer of digital assets, data, and information between otherwise incompatible blockchain networks, allowing for greater interoperability. By using, for example, a wrapped token method—where the original asset is locked on its native chain and a representation is minted on the destination chain—users can transfer assets like ETH or BTC between networks such as Ethereum, Solana, and others.
